计算机网络信息安全风险评估准则及方法研究
目前,国内现在还没有一个典型意义上系统完整的网络信息安全风险评估体系,而且对于风险评估需要分级分类的观点也未达成共识.由于没有评估标准,不同评估单位对同一个系统进行评估,会得出不同的评估结果.与此同时,随着组织信息化进程的全面加快和网络和信息系统的基础性、全局性作用日益增强,信息安全问题也日益突出.加强风险评估工作是当前信息安全工作的客观需要和紧迫需求.
本文主要针对计算机网络信息系统的安全建设和发展完善,以及建立一种适于信息网络安全管理机制的风险评估准则及方法等方面进行了研究.对计算机信息系统的现状进行分析,发现现有风险评估的特点及存在的问题,为从事网络安全防护任务的组织定期实施风险评估提供执行参考和依据.针对大多数的信息系统安全风险评估理论难以进行实践操作的特点,设计和实现面向操作实践开发的经常性联合风险评估,实现了定性与定量相结合的风险分析方法,完成了经常性联合风险评估方法的设计和实现.同时对网络信息安全风险评估的进一步发展方向进行了分析和讨论.
