特许经营在世界范围内得到快速发展,这一成功的模式也被引人了我国.我国部分特许经营企业多年来发展速度较慢且规模不大,主要原因是特许经营企业核心竞争力缺失.本文通过对特许经营的涵义、分类、特点及其管理的一般规律,特许经营与其他商业形式的区别,特许经营企业核心竞争力的识别,构建企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系,提出了特许经营企业核心竞争力的提升途径,力图使人们增加对特许经营的认识,并对其实践过程中存在的不足加以分析和解决,使特许经营走上一条规范化、制度化、良性化的执道,更好地为社会经济进步和人民生活水平改善服务.
