摘要:本实验采用无土栽培,用不同浓度金属镍(Ni2+)的培养液胁迫麻风树幼苗,7天后,通过测定其过氧化物酶(POD)活性、叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸 (Pro)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量以及根系活力等,研究Ni2+胁迫对麻风树幼苗生理生化指标的影响.研究结果为:在Ni2+溶液的胁迫下,随着Ni2+浓度的提高过氧化物酶(POD)活性、叶绿素含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,游离脯氨酸(Pro)呈一直上升的趋势,幼苗根系活力与对照组相比,呈一直下降的趋势.由此可知,麻风树幼苗对Ni2+胁迫有一定的抵抗作用,胁迫浓度过高会削弱麻风树体内保护酶的作用,根系对营养物质的吸收能力受到破坏,使生长受到影响.
