These days everybody is carrying heavey pressure on his shoulder.In this case learn to relax is very important.Here I would like to give you some ways to relax yourself.You could have more communion with your family and friends,through this you will feel a lot better.Also you could try to do more sports and do something you enjoy.At last attitude decides evrything so a light heart is the most important.
