Well, you are quite wrong, because the two offenders are minors. The law will only protect them rather than punish them. For this, a rather thought-provoking question has been raised: Which would you choose to side with, justice or ethic? This is what makes this movie interesting and mysterious.

She has been teaching offender A a lot of things thing about electricity making him a genius in this field as well, but she doesn't care about him at all. Even so, he still loves his mother dearly. He has been trying all he could to win awards, and was reported on the newspapers but the media is more interested in reporting of murder stories only. The news of his success only appeared in a tiny corner that his mother couldn't even find it. Therefore he started to think of murder someone to get people's or indeed his mother's attention
犯人B,是个懦弱胆小的人.他的母亲,太过于爱他以至于忽视了他的缺点.这种溺爱使他凡事都不留个心眼,变得天真,愚蠢.他与犯人A是朋友,但是却最终却被他利用,也成为了杀人凶手.
Offender B is a coward. His mother loves him too much and never notice his problems at all. This kind of love making him doesn't care and not paying attention, so he becomes naive and foolish. He is offender A's friend and was being used by him, so becomes a murderer too.
而老师,原本是个最普通的爱着自己女儿的母亲.因为她失去了心爱的女儿,所以她发誓让犯人得到应得的惩罚.她开始毁掉犯人A和犯人B最珍贵的东西.比如,她用犯人A的母亲来毁掉他,用犯人B的懦弱来折磨他.就这么,一点一点,复仇着.
And the teacher in the beginning, she was just an ordinary mother who loves her daughter very much. After losing her beloved child, she vows to make the two offenders pay for what they have done and to endure what they should deserve. She starts off to destroy their most precious things, such as, using offender A's mother to destroy offender A and uses offender B's cowardice to destroy himself. She is avenging her daughter's death bit by bit just like that.

That is actually an act of refusing to accept one's own responsibilties and is transferring stress to other people, a problem is overlooked by parents due to their blind love, which had created someone like offender A and offender B or may be the incomplete coverage of the matter by the media that has caused it.
