《东亚危机金融与美国金融危机的比较及启示》
【摘要】本文通过对2008年美国金融危机和1997年东亚金融危机的比较,着重论述了两次危机的爆发原因、演变过程、造成的影响及应对措施.虽然两次危机爆发的原因不同,影响范围也不同,但两次危机都对各国造成了不同程度的影响,在不同时代的金融危机下人们也采取了不同的措施应对.在东亚金融危机中,东亚各国主要得到IMF的救助而逐步摆脱危机,在美国金融危机中,以美国为首世界各国推出一系列货币政策和财政政策亦令危机有所好转.另外,通过两次金融危机的比较,我们也得到了一些启示.

The Comparison And The Enlightenment On Financial Crisis Between In East Asia And In US
Abstract
Through the comparison of the financial crisis between in US in 2008 and in East Asia in 1997,this paper focuses on the eruption reasons of the two crisises,their successional variation processes,their impacts and corresponding countermeasures which shoud be taken.Although the reason why the financial crisis broke out in US was otherwise,and the areas where it impacted were different,the two crisises resulted in varying impacts on every countries.In different times,people took varying countermeasures to contend with finacial crisises.In the financial crisis in East Asia,the countries in East Asia mainly got financial aid from IMF and shook off the crisis gradually,while in the financial crisis in US,the countries led by US put forward a series of monetary and fiscal policies to make the crisis have a change for better.In addition,through the comparison between the two crisises,we hav got some enlightenments.
