Form my point of view,I think Traffic Resctriction is benefit from environment.The frist and most inprontant reason is that Traffic Reatriction limied to the harm gas.Besides,ohter reason that traffic Restrction can be reduces pressure.All in all ,traffic Restriction is very improtant.
