The total amount of the contract is RMBxxxxxx.Please refer to appendix 1/annex 1 for the detailed price list.
The payment terms,delivery date and place of the contract equipment,as well as the effectiveness of the contract,please refer to the relevant documents of the contract.
There two originals of the contract,each party holds one and 25 copies,the buyer holds 15 and the seller holds 10.
The effective date of the contract is the date for the contract execution/implemention.
Any party shall not transfer any rights or obligations assigned by the contract to any third party without prior agreement by the other party in written.
