写了一堆,还是没看明白他到底是否要付样品费用....（最好能将大意翻译出来,

The content of your mail was read and understood.For your information,I really want us to do much more and more business,but the fact is that I’m still new in the market and really want to have your suport us.I did requested for some samples,as you said a charge have to be paid for the samples to reach me besides that I will still have to pay custom duty as soon as the samples arrive.I have lots of distributors in my company list.They all want to see some samples off course they are very ready ready to buy all your products I presented the catalogue to them.
I think for a start trust should also be in business.I don’t think sending me just one samples of your product wll be of a great disappointment.For I have a proposal since you are the manufacturer.You can specify on various (sample not to be sold).If you may think I want to sale them.
As I said before I will take charge of the custom duty as soon sa the goods are here in Mexico and will immediately confirm reception with the quantity that I need to be shipped with the up front down payment off course.
