ONE WORLD ONE DREAM
Ladies and Gentlemen:
I am from Class 2,Grade3.My name is FanYanjuan.My topic today is One World One Dream.
“One world, One Dream”, （同一个世界,同一个梦想）the slogan of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games was unveiled in Beijing Workers’ Gymnasium（体育馆） on June 26, 2005 by Mr. Li Changchun, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
"One World, One Dream, is an embodiment（体现,化身） of the wisdom（智慧） of hundreds of thousands of people. It expresses the firm belief of a great nation, with a long history of 5,000 years and on its way towards modernization（现代化）, that is committed to peaceful development, a harmonious（和谐的,协调的） society and people’s happiness" said Liu Qi, president of the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad (BOCOG).
Now I want to declaim a poem to come to an end:
It's a rainbow of color 这是缤纷灿烂的虹彩
In a sky full of thunder 这是雷霆万钧的天空
When we open our eyes 当我们睁开双眼
Do we see what we want to see 所见是否如愿
There is only one planet 只有一个绕日而行的星球
That circles the sun 它是我们共同的家园
That we all call our home 只要我们坚定不移
And in only one moment 瞬间亦可让命运改变
If we all decide 在这唯一的世界,梦想和宇宙
We can change our destiny. 缔造和平团结的唯一愿望
One world, one dream, one universe 而这唯一的希冀,爱和家园
One dream of peace, of unity 是人类共同的心愿
One hope, one love, one family
One wish for all humanity
We can lift every border 当人们并肩战斗
If we stand up together 就能守卫任何边界
With compassionate hearts 用慈悲的心怀
We can strive for equality 去为平等而战
Life waves crashing to shore 生命如海浪撞击岩石
Our hearts never stop 我们的精神却永不会停止
Yearning for the dawn of peace 为和平的发端大声疾呼
Heart, spirit and mind our souls unite 当勇气和灵魂彼此联合
So everyone can be free 人类将获得自由
One world, one dream, one universe 在这唯一的世界,梦想和宇宙
One dream of peace of unity 缔造和平团结的唯一愿望
