可也就因为眼前的一切太过于真实,我们似乎都有了“不识庐山真面目,只缘身在此山中”的迷惘.我们忽视了当下,却乐此不疲地追逐尚不可知的明日；我们遗忘了眼前,却百感交集的追悔已成历史的昨日.我们一次次在眼前跌倒,往往不是因为障碍太过于强大而难以战胜,只是我们没有把目光收回当下.
活在当下,不是不要理想的未来,只是让现实的每一步能走得更坚定；活在当下,不是不要教训的过去,只是让挫折的经验能用在实际.活在当下,是为了享受现时拥有的一切,是为了感恩珍惜生活；活在当下,是为了改变现在存在的缺憾,是为了飞得更高行得更远.
生活的滋味本是平淡,珍惜路过的一切,你会发现生命将变得无限绵长与充实.
