Disciplinary and capability Rules:
The Employer’s Disciplinary and Capability Rules set out in Part2 will be applied in respect of your employment but do not form part of your contract of employment.
12.Grievance Procedure:
If you have any grievance,you may raise it in writing with the Director or the General Manager who will consider the matter and advise you of his decision in writing within10days or such longer period as is reasonably required.
13 Amendment and updating:
These Terms of Employment and the Disciplinary,Sickness and Capability Rules attached may be changed or updated by the Employer at any time on giving you reasonable notice in writing.
14 Expenses
You will be reimbursed all reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred wholly,exclusively and necessarily in or about the performance of your duties,provided that such expenses are approved in advance by the Employer and evidenced in such an manner as the Employer many require.
15 Collective Agreements
There are to Collective Agreements which affect your terms and conditions of employment.To avoid any doubt,there is no work union structure existing within the Employer.
16.Deduction of wages or Holiday Entitlement
By signing this Agreement,you accept that the Employer would be allowed to deduct your holiday entitlement or salary due to you due to any of your absences from work without proper reasons or due to your tardiness.

Sickness Rules
If the Employee is absent due to sickness or injury:
1.The Employee must ensure that the Employer is notified prior to the start of the official opening hours of the practice of the likely duration,and must keep him informed on the Monday morning of each subsequent week throughout the absence.
2.The Employee must complete a certificate of absence due to sickness(available from the Employer) for any period of absence of less than eight days,and must produce a doctor’s medical certificate for all periods of absence of more than seven days.
3.The Employee’ s entitlement to statutory sick pay during periods of absence,as provided for in the Employee’s Statement of Terms o Employment,will depend upon proper compliance with the requirements set out above.
