Son: let me stir-fry the tomato chunks.
M: add 1/8 t. salt, 1 c. water, 2 t. ketchup, 1 t. cornstarch please.
Son: now what?
M: add the eggs and stir-fry quickly .Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
S: mom, yum yum!
