This book discussed the blackholes in our heart from childhood experiences and behavior pattern to adulthood behavior. And it pinpointed out the deep psychological reasons embeded behind the normal behavior, including leaning really close to lover to make the other suffocate or running away when real intimacy comes etc. etc. I think having the awareness is the first step of healing. This book is a wonderful start.
