再答： Mike is my good friend.In the past,he seldom cared about his diet,but he has changed a lot during these years. He used to ate junk food such as Coke,hamburgers and so on.So he got fat,and it was difficult for him to go upstairs.He always had to see the doctor. However,after the doctor advised him,he changed his diet.Now he eats healthy food and does much exercise to keep fit.He is much thinner and healthier than before. If we want to keep fit,I think we should do more exercise and have healthy food.
