第一题不能是强调句,因为去掉it that之后不是完整的句子成分
第二题如果是日常口语的话,用B没问题,但是作为严谨的书面形式,前半句应是独立主格结构表原因,所以用动名词.另外更细一点说,如果用了B那么此处就是两个完整句子,连接两个完整句的标点应是分号不是逗号.
第三题通常来说,我们会说it's a matter of sth是固定搭配,表示这是关乎于什么什么的事情.类似的matter的固定搭配还有as a matter of fact.
第四题since表示自从,连接时间状语从句,when是先行词.
另外,since when 单用也可.
1表示疑问,从什么时候开始,
--I've been hanging out with Jim.
--Since when?
2表示气愤,何曾,什么时候.
--Since when did he ever listen to me?!
