If a pessimists is in concern, I will give several advices to them. First, a pessimists should learn to be more optimistic by learning to assess a situation with less assumptions. They should learn not to jump immediately into a negative conclusion. If they could manage to do so, things might not be as bad as they had thought and they could be happier. Another advice for a pessimists would be to participate in more group activities or functions. Through this, they could see and appreciate the beauty of life by laughing along with others.
