英语翻译我在1月19号用hotmail发了宿舍申请表,但21号显示邮件发送错误.所以我在1月22号用XXXX邮箱重新发送

I sent a dormitory application through hotmail on January 19th. However, it was only on the 21st that I received the error message of mail not sent. On the 22nd, I re-sent my application using XXX account.
I would appreciate a confirmation if you have received my January 22nd email application, and also an update regarding the status of my application.
