nowadays it is easy for teenagers to gain bad eyesight.so,what should we do to keep a good eyesight?
firstly,you must ease your eyes after every two-hour reading.seccondly,each time you read,do keep your eyes at least one inch away from the book.and,just do eye exercise often.then,don't use your eyes for too long.don't read books in dark or in bright sunshine.don't read books when in a car or in your bed.
