Sports and games do a lot of good to our health.They can make us strong,prevent us from getting too fat,and keep us healthy and fit.Especially they can be of great value to people who work with their brains most of the day,for sports and games give people valuable practice in exercising the body.
What’s more,they make our life richer and more colorful.If we do not have a strong body,we will find it hard to do whatever we want.

My Favorite Animal（我最喜爱的动物）
My favorite animal is dolphin.They live in the ocean and good at swimming.Dolphins are cute and beautiful.They not only swim fast,but are also smart.Most of dolphins’ color is gray,only a small number of it are white.Though they look like fish,they are mammals.Because of their high IQ,dolphins can be trained by people.They can learn things very quickly and do all the actions accurate.They are very friendly,so I love them very much.

Youth
Youth is a golden time in people’s life.In their youth,people are strong,healthy and full of energy.
During this period of time,we should not waste our precious time in doing nothing.We should learn as much as possible,and catch every chance to learn.
As far as I’m concerned,I have set a goal for myself.But only a lofty ideal is not enough.I will be sure to seize every minute to study in order to become a qualified youth.

Sandstorms
Nowadays sandstorm becomes such a serious problem.It pollutes the air and disturbs the daily lives of people.
I think we should solve this problem as soon as possible.My suggestions are as follow:for one thing,more funds ought to be put into trees planting and forest protection so as to keep more water resources within the surface of the earth.For another,governments of all countries should found some laws concerning environmental protection.
Everyone knows that there is only one earth,lf we go on destroying her,it won’t be fit for us to live in any longer.Now it’s time for us to love her,take good care of her and cure her.

My spring festival
This year I have a very unforgettable spring festival with my family.
On New Year's Eve,all the family members got together to have a big dinner in the restaurant.During the dinner we said some good hopes to each other.Lots of money was given to children as a lunar New Year gift by the adults.We enjoyed ourselves very much
Thanks to this spring festival,I met some relatives whom I haven’t met for a long time.And I got lot of pocket money.I think the spring festival is the unforgettable day I have in my winter holiday!
