These are just a few reasons why travelling by train is advantageous.

Students need exercise to stay healthy, however, they do not get enough time to play sports or stay fit with extra-curricular activities. This is harmful to their growth as being active is essential to both their mental health and physical health. Studies show that students perform better academically when they're active for at least 30 minutes a day. Therefore, schools should give students more time to be active and play sports.
