My pleasure journey
Last year,I went to japan with my parents.We went there by plane.
We spent much time on the plane.Japan is very cold but very beautiful.
It was snowy all day.We went skating in the park.I like skating although it is dangerous.I think it was so exciting to skate in Japan. Japaness are very friendly to us.We did some shopping on the last day.We spent a week there.It is my pleasure journey.
spring festival
Spring Festival is my faviurite festival.Atspring festival we eat a big family dinner.we visit family and friends and say :Happy New Year,to each other.We eat blumplings fish and meat at Spring Festival.We watch TV after the family's dinner.We eat some sweets too.

My lifestyle and diet
Hello, everyone. I’m --. Let me introduce my lifestyle and diet.
I do exercise everyday, I often run and jump. I sleep about seven hours a day. I think I need to do my homework quickly and then I can sleep for a long time. I don’t watch TV at weekdays, I watch on Saturday and Sunday. I seldom eat sweet snacks like sweets, chocolate and biscuit. And I sometimes drink soft drink. They are not good for our health.
I usually have bread, milk and an egg for breakfast, meat and vegetables for my lunch and supper. I sometimes have noodles for lunch.
