I get up at 5 o'clock every morning.I usually go out to do some morning exercise.I often go to scholl for jogging on the playground.I often run 10 circles aroud the playgroud.After doing this,I always be out of breath.Taking a short break,I will play football with my classmates.
I really enjoy doing morning exercise.From this I can keep my body healthy.
