Since the end of last century,the United Stated ,to be the repersentation of mostly west develped country had a heated discussion about amending the laws of companies.This discussion is base on the dormantartners and for the people who has the same profit of company ,in this way the social responsibilities of a company to be the most basic question.The social responsibilities of a company will be showed as a new concept in this text,We hope this text will help us to strengthen our companies' social responsibilities.And give us some suggestions on how to amend our companies' law.
