How does it (giraffe) spend winter?

How does the goraffe to go over the winter time? (not spend)
1.The giraffe lives in tropical zone,so you do not need to consider how this guy to go over the winter time.（you know in tropical zone has no winter）!but in zoo, there has the air condition for keep them warm...
