病 原 :
芒果褐色蒂腐病的病原为芒果拟茎点霉(Phomopsis mangiferae Ahmad),属半知菌亚门,A型分生孢子多数椭圆形,透明,单胞;在培养基上有时出现钩丝状的B型分生孢子.
发病规律:
蒂腐病菌的侵入途径是从花期侵入,在幼果内潜伏,在果实后熟阶段表现症状.此外,病菌可以从采果时的伤口及剪口侵入,而且这是病原菌更重要的侵入途径.
果园发生蒂腐病的传播途径主要是分生孢子通过雨水和气流传播.而在果实采后的运输期,则主要是靠病果与健果相互接触、由菌丝体传播.
