Nowadays ,with the fantastic spurt of science and technology,people’s life quanlity has been tremendously heightened.Nonetheless,the phenomenon that teenagers are becoming fatter and fatter has become more serious than ever before,which has arosen prevalent public concern .
What sorts of reasons can be responsible for this alarming problem nationwide and worldwide?For my part,there are several factors can never go unheeded.First and foremost,teenagers have been overburned with their studies and social jobs.Consequently,a great deficiency of regular exercise become a commonplace among these young people.Moreover,the dramatic unreasonability of their diet structure ,undoubtedly,is a factor accountable for their unnormal ,or even disturbingly harmful overweight.
Accordingly,they can adopt several feasilble measures to put an overall end to this problem.Firstly,it would be better if those overweighting teenagers set aside time to exercise regularly.Secondly,they should abandon those high-calorie food such as hamburger ,hot-dog ,and McDonald.
