2、well（修饰动词短语,要用副词well.or you can also say"his spoken English is very good"）
3、lucy and lily's （只两人共同所有,如果采取B的答复则是lucy和lily各自有一个房间,跟前文this is 暗示的单数形式不符,因此排除,C项无此用法）
