摘 要
实习工作已经六个月了,从实习开始找工作的那一天,就已经给自己制定了一个目标,虽然自己没有强大的后台,但是凭借自己不服输的精神还是希望可以在社会上博得自己的一席之地,为自己争脸为母校争光,所以实习期间我找到了一份适合自己性格的工作——经理助理.做经理助理的实习过程中锻炼了我顽强的学习精神和处理人际关系的方法,本文主要介绍了我六个月的实习经历,结合实习工作总结了经理助理工作的特点,重点介绍了实习中的心得感悟.

It has been 6 months since my field trip .Since the day I began to look for a job during the field trip have set a goal for myself.Although a powerful background is not owned,I still hope that I can win a upper state for myself via a spirit that is not willing to admit defeat so as to win glory foy myself as well as my school.Therefore,I found a job ,management assistant,which was suitable fot my personality during the period of field trip.During the field trip process as a management assistant,my dogged learing srpirit and the methods of dealing with interpersonal relationship was practiced.This article mainly shows my six-month experience of field trip ,which summarizes the characteristics of being a mangagement assistant according to my field trip and mainly intruoudces the feelings and insights if tge field trip.
