Select 20 2-month-old clean healthy white rats,and randomly divide them into 2 groups,with 10 rats in each group.One of the groups is used for the melamine experience,with rats' stomachs filled with a certain amount of melamine per day,while the other group serves as a normal blank control group,with rats' stomachs filled with an equal volume of normal saline once a day for two weeks.During the experiences,both the groups of rats are fed under the same suitable conditions.Fourteen days later,take blood from the rats,and separately analyse blood cells and determine biochemical indexes (ALT、AST、LDH、TP、ALB、A/G、T-Bili).The experiment results show that melamine may cause the body's acute hemorrhage and hemolysis,and drug-induced liver damage,and with the ingestion of melamine and timing increasing,the degree of liver dysfunction is deepened.
