After i get up form my bed,i will brush my teeth and wash my face first.and than i will make my delicious breakfast,it including eggs,bread and mike.although it looks realy commonplace but it have a lot of nutrition.after taking my breakfast i will do my exercise,it is running ,i love to run it makes my heart beat faster and faster ,it also help me to release all my pressure and it can keep me heathe.（够吗）
