Now,I will choose "could"."Could" here means that "sb not only has the ability to help,but also want to help".Appearantly,our recruiter really want to give a hand.
"Can" means that sb has the ability to do sth.
"May" means that sb has the ability to do sth,but sb may use the ability to help.may not.
