为什么括号中用现在完成时,而不是一般现在时?WTO的挑战是不是也可以写成the callenge of WTO呢?

为了体现动作的先后顺序,先加入,后面对挑战,因此用现在完成时.
the challenge of WTO也可以,意思上是对的,但是WTO challenge更简洁
再问：难道就不能是伴随状态吗？
