一：
have共有两种用法
1.做实意动词 有 的意思
这时提问时用助动词do 或does
2.助动词,这时可用have提问 如：在现在完成时的句子里
然后你的这句话中：have you any old clothes?这里的have应该翻译为“ 有”.
如果是这样的话,我认为这样的表达是不对的.
应该表达为do you have any old clothes?
一般用have 直接提问,是作“ 已经” 的意思.
have you had that book?你已经拥有那本书了吗?
二：
我觉得是可以去掉的.
但是去掉会感觉怪怪的,一般会是：i cannot spare time to do / doing sth.
这样会比较好吧.
而且i cannot spare the time这个the是特指的,特指那一段时间,最好还是不要去掉the.
