其实换个说法就是：
I have never dreamed that there is such a good hotel in this town.
再问： 把句子里的there being改成there is行不，为什么？
再答： 如果把介词换成that, that 后面跟的是从句，那就可以。 但原句中介词用的是of, to dream of something 是个固定短语，代替这里的SOMETHING的一定也是短语而不是句子. 所以不能改成THERE IS, 只能是 THERE BEING.
