had spoken to Miss Huang Qiu re the replacement of items 2 & 4,but she seems reluctant to replace them and pls translate the below message to her.
Hung Qiu,re our complaint to you dd 16th June re MX8292 Series and MD7575 which we had emailed to you the pictures.Spoken to you twice in the phone,and you had seen from the pictures we sent to you,the item 8292 & 7575 are really not levelled after we install or hang up,but you do not believe it.
Our last purchase from you was about RMB33,000 and the above 2 poor quality items total value is about RMB1,900,about 6% of the purchase value.If we claim nonsense to you is not 6%,maybe 70% but these 2 items are really bad quality and even we buy from Italy,if the complaint is below 10%,they will just replace them,but if more than 15 to 20%,they will ask us to send back the sample,as to the Italian,producing quality products is important and they know regular customers will not complain for nonsense.
I leave it to you to decide,our feedback is good for you to improve your quality and for us,we can just scrap off these 2 items.Thank you.
