相信我吧,这题有四种填法：
that
who（这个词可以用作宾语）
whom
不填（因为关系代词作宾语,可以省略）
我手头有一本星火英语语法.我特意为此查阅了这本书.
补充一点,指人时关系代词只用that不用who的情况有以下三种：
1）当先行词同时包括人和物时.如：
I still remember the school and the teachers that gave me a deep impression when I was young.我还刻小时候给我留下了深刻印象的学校和老师们.
2)当先行词本身就是who时.如：
Who is it that is knocking at the door?敲门的是谁?
3) 当关系代词在从句中作表语时.如：
The man that she is like is her father.那个看起来像她的那个人是她的爸爸.
再问： 这个句子有先行词是the last person？
再答： 这个句子先行词是the last person，是指人。
再问： 前面有强调 the last “最后一个” 就只能用that 这是为什么？
再答： 前面有强调 the last “最后一个” 就只能用that 这是语言习惯吧。但当先行词是人时，就也可以用who/whom。
