我等超久也没拿到申报学校的decision letter ,写信问,他的回信是“Your decision letter was sent out around April 1st by mail.It should arrive soon,if it has not already arrived.If you do not receive the letter by next week,please give us a call.“
我是不是没希望了,这就是拒绝信的意思吗?请有经验的帮忙解答下.
我想问的是一般这种类型的回信是否代表了拒绝信.因为我估计他们是用平邮的.
