若使用ever,

再问： I have ( )seen it是一个什么句子，it不是表示这个地方吗？
再答： it指 the place（地方） 亲，你这样理 this is the most beautiful place.，and I have never seen it before.（这样就对啦，分开成两个句子这是最美的地方，我以前从没有见过） this is the most beautiful place（that） I have ever seen .这其实是个定语从句，这是个我所见过的地方中最美的一个。其实我觉得it多余。以上的表达我觉得你应该更能接受的吧。
