写 Motivation in the workplace
Introduction部分 ：
1,先介绍一下Motivation 在日常 和工作中的运用,一段即可
2.写这篇文章的PURPOSE,例如：
The purpose of this assignment is to find out the major role of motivation in the workplace.
3,介绍一下这篇文章的outline,例如说 The discussion of the topic section is almost similar to research format,it contains the definition of motivation and why we need motivation in the workplace.My opinion and understanding of work motivation will be analyzed in analysis section.The final conclusion will be written down in conclusion section.
接着写Discussion of the Topic （这个部分需要去找一些资料,以及相关的实例）

2,Why we need motivation in the workplace?（这个部分再细分几个小部分）①A quality performance caused by motivation
②Motivation effects company’s production capacity
③Motivation leads to job satisfaction
④（再添一个,我实在想不出了）
接着是ANALYSIS
这个部分就是把上面的Discussion of the Topic（相当于research部分）总结一下,可以用些自己的opinion,
最后的Conclusion 是全篇essay的conclusion
可以写 In the discussion of topic section,assignment paper,motivation has been defined in the first subsection.The second subsection has been divided into three parts to explain the functions of motivation in the workplace.It can be highly concludes that motivation is a positive attitude that can have an effect on the output of business and concerns both quality and quantity.Furthermore,motivation not only be applied on workplace,but also affect our everyday life.
