Everybody knows that health is important than anything.And doing exercise can keep our body in good condition.
There are many kinds of exercise.As long as it can strengthen us,we call
it good sports.For example,I go to school by bike and play football
after school.I relex myself in the process,breath fresh air or have a
good talk with the mate.To me ,that is sport.
While,to the athlete,sports mesn more.The success of some matches is
related to their dreams.The way they over come difficulties is admirable.
We can learn many spirits from sports.
