affect是动词“影响” effect是影响的结果,也就是效果、作用.一般作名词. operative跟“正在生效的,正在使用中的”,而operational是“可以使用的”. 例如：This is the rule that is operative now. 这是目前执行(有效)的规则. Is the equipment operational yet? 这套设备可投入运转了吗? 另外,operative还有“与体能有关的,或机械活动有关的,与外科手术有关的”意思,而 operational则是“与操作有关的”意思.
