英语选择为什么不选C?

选 A,这句前面已经问到有没有可能了,所以需要连词 that 引导从句.
类似这样的从句,若是用到 whether 多半是祈使句型：
Let me know whether ...
Please tell me whether ...
再问： Is there any possibility ________you could pick me up at the airport 是什么从句啊？
再答： 先行词 possibility 是抽象名词，that 引导的“同位语”从句说明先行词的具体内容。
