GENERAL:
Representative samples of Marking and Labeling System
“LABEL-T20-100WPF” was submitted and found to be constructed as described in this Report.
Based on the use of R/C (PGGU2),pressure-sensitive unprinted label stock suitable for the uses and surfaces indicated in the Conditions of Acceptability of this Report,the Adhesion Test was waived and the following tests were conducted on representative labels affixed to the galvanized steel surface.
The test results reported relate only to the items tested.
The test data can be found as a supplement to this Test Record.
SAMPLES:
Samples of System “LABEL-T20-100WPF” (with and without overlamination) surface printed in black,red,blue and yellow color inks were furnished for the following tests.Smooth,flat panels of galvanized steel were also provided.
EXPOSURE CONDITIONS (USR):
Standard Atmosphere
Water Immersion
Elevated Temperature:150°C (302°F)

TESTS:
The following tests were conducted in accordance with Table 4.1
Construction Review
Visual Examination
Legibility Test
Defacement Test
RESULTS
The test methods and results of the above tests have been reviewed and found in accordance with the requirements in UL 969 except that significant shrinkage and crazing of overlamination after Air Oven exposure for label system “LABEL-T20-100WPF” with overlamination construction and yellow color ink was illegible for label system without overlamination construction.
Test Record Summary:
The results of this investigation,including construction review and testing,indicate that the products evaluated comply with the applicable requirements in Marking and Labeling Systems - UL 969,Fourth Edition,with revision pages dated December 12,2006,therefore,such products are judged eligible to bear UL's Mark as described on the Conclusion Page of this Report.
