大概内容就写：我有18个月没有调整工资了,最近国内的物价飞涨,CPI高位运行,生活成本大幅提高,女儿还要交学费,现在的工资很难维持家庭的开销了,希望能够提高一下工资.

I'd like you to give me a pay rise at this time.
Reasons are as bellows:
1,it has been 18 months since my latest pay rise
2,nowadays the soar in prices has to a large extent increased the average cost of daily life
3,my salary now can't not make the ends meet in our family and I have to pay tuition for my daughter recently.
In consideration of the above reasons,i'd like to ask you for a pay rise.
