[摘要]:目的了解我院门诊不合理处方现状,促进临床合理用药.方法依据《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范》中有关不合理处方的评判标准,对我院2011年1月至12月门诊不合理处方进行回顾性统计分析.结果 965张不合理处方中,不规范处方521张,占53.98%；不适宜处方376张,占38.94%；超常处方68张,占7.05%.结论强化处方点评,加强合理用药知识的学习,有助于提高临床用药水平.

Abstract:I understand hospital outpatient irrational prescription status,to promote the rational use of drugs.From January to December 2011 in our hospital outpatient irrational prescriptions were retrospectively analyzed.965 unreasonable prescription,prescription irregularities in 521,accounting for 53.98%; not suitable for 376 prescriptions,38.94%; over 68 prescriptions,7.05%.Strengthening the prescription review,strengthen the knowledge of rational drug use study,contribute to the improvement of clinical medication.

Abstract:
Objective: To understand the current status of irrational prescriptions in our hospital's outpatient department, with a view to promote clinically rational use of drugs.
Method: Based on the irrational presciption criteria taken from "management of prescriptions" and "standard procedure on prescriptions evaluation", the irrational prescriptions for the period between January to December of 2011 from the outpatient dept are retrospectively studied and analyzed. Findings: 965 prescriptions were irrational; 521 were irregular prescriptions--53.98%. Unsuitable prescriptions 376 (38.94%); 68 (7.05%) were over- prescribed.
Conclusion: Enhance prescription reviews, strengthen the knowledge on rational use of drugs, and this will improve the standard of clinical medication.
