§ Unopened merchandise accepted for return within 14 days of purchase
§ Bad out of box merchandise accepted for return within 14 days of purchase
§ NO opened merchandise returned for Buyer's Remorse accepted
§ Repairs go to directly to Motorola (our OEM)
IF PROBLEM IS WITH RED POCKET
MOTOROLA V3 OR C139
Ø Agent/supervisor should call Motorola Warranty Service Center
o Motorola Warranty Service Center number:800-331-6456
Ø If customer is English-capable,do ‘warm hand-off’ of call to Motorola Warranty Service Center agent
Ø If customer is NOT English-capable,facilitate interaction between customer and Motorola Warranty Service Center agent
Ø Motorola Warranty Service Center agent will coordinate repair/replacement of device IF it is covered under warranty
