How to protect our environment
As we all know that our living environment is in trouble!Almost every day we seem to hear of serious problems affecting the environment----waste,The Ozone Layer,The Greenhouse Effect,pollution,acid rain,the extinction of species of animals and plants and so on.
In view to the list of the threats,measures have to be made to make our environment better.That is to say we have to find a way of solving the problems before our environment will suffer even more.Every one of us,whatever age we are,we can do something to help slow down and repair some of the damage.Here are some ideas to help protect our environment.
First,we are responsible for the clean environment of our cities.We should get out of the bad habits of throwing away rubbish everywhere,spitting and smoking in public,scrawling on the wall and so on.
Second,make our surrroundings tidy and clean.It requires us to get into a good habit of keeping ourselves clean and keep our house and yard clean as well.
Besides,it is strongly suggested that we should take buses more instead of driving cars.And another surpring good news is that the less we eat meat,the better our environment will be.
All in all,we should learn to use our natural resources like air,fresh water,forests,wildlife,farmland without damaging them because it is reported that it is human beings that have destroyed and are destroying the environment.Let's hold hand in hand to make our environment better!

我们都知道我们的生活环境正遭受灾难,每天我们都能听到一些关于导致环境恶化的影响因素,这些因素有：废弃物、臭氧层、温室效应、污染、酸雨、动植物灭绝等等.
考虑到所列出的对环境造成的威胁因素,我们必须采取措施以便我们的环境变得更好.也就是说我们必须在我们的环境更加恶化之前就找到解决问题的途径.我们每一个人,无论年纪大小,都可以做到减缓或修复我们环境的职责.下面是几点关于如何保护环境的建议.
首先,我们有责任保持城市的整洁.我们应该摒弃一些坏习惯如乱丢垃圾、在公共场合吐痰吸烟、乱写乱画等.
其次,清洁我们身边的环境.这就要求我们做到养成良好的个人卫生习惯,清扫室内外卫生等.
除此以外,强烈建议大家少开车多坐公交车.另一条振奋人心的好消息是少吃肉环境就会变得更好.
总的来说,我们要学会如何保护和使用我们的自然资源如空气、水、森林、野生动植物、农田等以使其不受到破坏.因为我们都知道正是人类破坏了环境.那么就让我们携起手来为使我们的环境变得更好而共同努力吧!
