帮忙看一下有没有英语语法错误,
NOTICE
We are now planning to recruit volunteers for an international conference on globalization in January 2,2014.There is no denying that to be a volunteer is one of the most meaningful things in our life.Because of the conference is very important and serious.So when we are recruiting,we will have two conditions are taking into consideration.
First,you should good at English and we will make a test for English speaking.Second,the work of a volunteer must be very tired,so it is necessary for you to have a good health.Third is the most important,you should be willing to help others.It will be better that if you have the experience of as volunteer.
We really wish you can participant in.

除了第一句没什么问题,其他的都有语法错误,有些表达也不够地道简洁,修改如下,如有问题,欢迎指正：
NOTICE
We are now planning to recruit volunteers for an international conference on globalization in January 2, 2014.Because the conference is very important and serious, three things will be taken into consideration in the recruitment.
First,a good command of English is required, so we will have a test for your oral English. Second, a good health is necesarry since the voluntary work can be very tiring.
Third , the willingness to help others is the most important .By the way, It would be better if you had the experience as an volunteer before.
We are looking forward to your participation.
分析：1.because 和so不能连用,只能选其一,低级错误.还有,because of后接名词、代词, because后接从句；
2.“two conditions are taking into consideration”你确定是two?下面明明是提了3点要求；还有take这里要用被动；
3.be good at 原文少了be动词；
4.test一般不用make,用take较常见；
5.tired修饰人,指人感到劳累的；tiring修饰事物,指某事某物使人劳累的；
6.that 和if作为从句引导词只能用一个,volunteer是可数名词,这里应该加上冠词a；
7.wish要用虚拟语气,所以can改为would.
