1.____ was once an old temple 这个句子一看就知道缺主语,可是where是副词是不能做主语的,what引导宾语从句可以改为一个定语从句 ...reached the place that was once...;第二个空呢就是which引导定语从句而且在从句中做 used 的宾语
2 .答案是个干扰项,“和...一样多”确实要用as many as结构,可是你没有注意到today在后面已经有一个as了.倍数的表达常见的有三种（A有B的三倍长为例）：
A is three times as long as B
A is three times longer than B
A is three times the length of B
3.C答案Not only 位于句首句子要用倒装语序 D答案 Old men 做主语位于句首要用正常（陈述）语序,do是多余的
